Your Project list can be organized by showing open, closed and all Projects. To set a Project as closed or open, follow the steps below.

Close a Project

1. Go to Projects and set the Show filter to Open. Find the Project you wish to close. You can then search for the Project by using the search option and selecting the Project Code, the Project Name, or the Client filters.

Set Show filter to Open on Projects tab to show all open projects

2. Once you find the Project, use the box to the left of the Project Code to select it. Once tagged, click the Close button in the top right corner. After clicking this button, the Project will remain closed indefinitely and will be removed from the Open Projects list.

Select an open project and click on close to remove the project from the Open projects list and close it

Reopen a Project

1. Go to Projects and change the Show filter to show closed. Find the Project you wish to open. You can then search for the Project by using the search option and selecting the Project Code, the Project Name, or the Client filters.

Set Show filter to Closed on Projects tab to show all closed projects

2. Once you find the Project, click on either the Project Code or the Project Name. On the Project page click on the Info tab at the top of the screen.

Go to the Info tab on a closed project and uncheck the Inactive box to reopen the project

3. At the top of the Project Info page, there will be a green check mark in the box next to where it says Inactive. Uncheck this to reopen the Project. Then click on Save.
