Error when sending documents

Troubleshooting for error when sending documents like proposals, purchase orders, and invoices

If you receive an error when sending a document (Proposal, Purchase Order, Invoice) make sure you have set a correspondence email under User Settings. If this field is blank, you will not be able to send documents.

1. Go to User Settings​.

2. Enter your email address next to Correspondence Email​.

3. Click Save​.

4. Go back to your Project and Proposal and try re-sending​.

5. If you still receive an error, let us know here or send us a message through the Help Center.
