If you receive an error when sending a document (Proposal, Purchase Order, Invoice) make sure you have set a correspondence email under User Settings.  If this field is blank, you will not be able to send documents.   

1. Go to <a href="https://app.designmanager.com/settings/user-settings" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">User Settings</a>​.

2. Enter your email address next to Correspondence Email​.

4. Go back to your Project and Proposal and try re-sending​.

5. If you still receive an error, <a href="mailto:support@designmanager.com" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">let us know here</a> or send us a message through the Help Center.
