Adding a Project

1. On the left side menu, click on Projects and click on the Add button in the upper right hand side.

Click the Add button to add a new Project


2. On the new page, enter your Projects information.

  • Client: Select your Client from the list or enter your Clients name and if not already in Design Manager you will have the option to create the Client

  • Project code: Automatically assigned, can be edited when creating a Project

  • Opened: Automatically assigned today's date, can be edited

  • Name: Name of Project, for example, Hickory Lane Residence

  • Client Order #: Optional

  • Site Address: Can enter site/Project address different from Client billing address

  • Shipping: Can select ship to site or select a warehouse/receiver in list

3. When complete, click save on upper right hand side.

Click Save to add the new project
