1. You can add a Project from the Dashboard or from the Navigation menu. To add a Project from the Dashboard, click on the +Add button in the Recent Projects section. To add a Project from the Navigation menu, go the left side menu, select Projects and click on Project List. Then click on the Add button in the upper right hand side.


2. On the new page, enter your Projects information. Note: not all fields are required to be filled out.

  • Client: Select your Client from the list or enter your Clients name and if not already in Design Manager you will have the option to create the Client

  • Project code: Automatically assigned, can be edited when creating a Project. This code is only used in Design Manager and can be a combination of letters and numbers, 5 digit maximum

  • Opened: Automatically assigned today's date, can be edited

  • Name: Name of Project, for example, Hickory Lane Residence

  • Client Order #: Optional

  • Sales Tax Code: This field is required. If the sales tax code you want to select is not listed, then you will need to add it. Click here to add a Sales Tax Code

  • Site Address: Can enter site/Project address different from Client billing address

  • Shipping: Can select ship to site or select a warehouse/receiver in list

3. When complete, click Save on upper right hand side.
