Adding a Client

1. On the left side menu, select Projects and then click on Clients. Then click on the Add button in the upper right hand side.

2. On the new page, enter your Client's information. Note: not all fields are required to be filled out.

  • Code: Check the code and edit if needed. This code is only used in Design Manager and can be a combination of letters and numbers, 5 digit maximum

  • Sort: Displays how the name will appear in your Client list. Name shows last name, first name - Company shows name as entered in Name field - Manual allows you to type in how you want the name to show

  • Type: Is a category you can assign to your Clients. Typical options are residential, commercial

  • Contact: Name of contact person

  • Salesperson/Mgr.: Assign a co-worker to this Client from the list

  • Sales Tax Code: Select the tax code for this Client from the list

  • Tax ID: If Client is non profit

3. When complete, click Save on upper right hand side.
