How can I set up multiple email addresses for clients and projects in Design Manager?

In Design Manager, you can configure multiple email addresses for clients and projects to enhance communication, such as sending invoices or sharing updates. Below are the steps and guidelines to correctly input multiple email addresses:

General Guidelines for Adding Multiple Email Addresses

  1. Most fields in Design Manager that accept email addresses allow the entry of multiple emails. However, some fields may only permit a single email address.

  2. When entering multiple email addresses, separate them with a semicolon (;). For example: example1@example.com; example2@example.com This rule applies to both client information details and project-specific email fields.

Setting Up Multiple Email Recipients for Project Invoices

  1. Navigate to the Project Information tab for the specific project.

  2. In the email field designated for invoices, enter the email addresses of the recipients. - Use the semicolon format as described earlier. - You can add as many email addresses as needed in this format.

  3. Save the changes to finalize the configuration.

This allows invoices for that project to be sent to all listed email addresses automatically.
