  2. Locate the Account Glossary: In the navigation menu on the left of the screen, locate the "Accounting" section, & select "accounts" under where it shows "general ledger".

  3. Edit the Account Type: Select the account associated with the credit card you want to hide. Then, change the "Account Type" from "Liability (Credit Card)" to "Liability". - Changing the account type will prevent the card from appearing in options like the "Pay With" menu or the "Credit Card" window.

  4. Set the Closure Date (Optional): If the account has been closed, you can also set the "Closed Fiscal Month" to the month the card was closed. This step helps keep your records more organized but is not required to hide the account.
